This is a quick heads up to WordPress Hacks readers. Just saw this posted over at our WordPress Forums, so I checked it out and sure enough, it looks like WordPress 2.7 is now showing on the official download page!
So far there hasn’t been an official announcement by the WordPress team, but I would expect to see one within the hour since it is showing on their official download page.

Wow Cool.. I must upgrade now..
I’ve upgraded 5 of my sites this morning…
I’m loving it. THe only issue I had was with the “Platinum SEO Pack” plugin. My pages would come up blank when this was installed. I went back to the “All in One SEO Pack” plugin with no problem.. so I guess i’ll switch all my sites to this.
I’ve been using it since Beta 1 and I’ve loved it… Like it better then the 2.5 upgrade. Really liking the Core Upgrading option.
