I click the button, then it just says "Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.8.4.zip." and doesn't do anything. I have never had any trouble with upgrading in the past. I think it's a good thing that they are on top of it, and working so hard for us! Hopefully all security issues have been resolved for 2.8.4 but then again as I learned in my computer course... no system is ever secure :( Till then, Jean I’ve been using wordpress since I believe version 2.5, and I’ve updated every time and new update has come out, and I love updating =D I’ve been really been surprised though with the 2.8 version and just how many quick updates we’ve been receiving due to security.
