I would really like to see Wordpress further develop the gallery feature and also a built in video player so it is easy to self host videos.

Interesting Michael. I'm having a problem where some of the rss feeds for my tags are appearing as blank pages. I know there are others who are also reporting this issue.

I'd like to see some bug fixes, I keep having this weird problem where the rss feed that I use (wp-rss2.php) is blank, luckily I use FeedBurner so I can change which feed I use (/feed/) but I don't understand why this happens so often. I would rather see WordPress get more stable than it already is and more bugs get squashed than to see new features in 2.6.

I couldn't agree more on moving the categories box back to the old location.

It's not important enough for me to install a plugin, but I'd like to see the Admin Panel more customizable.

Currently we can expand or collapse each section, but how about making the sections "draggable" so we can choose the ordering we want?

For starters how about we get back "ctrl+k" for inserting URLs? Huge annoyance to go back and forth from mouse to keyboard :)

It'd be nice to be able to change the order of modules on the write page - like the ability to move the post author section up etc.

I need to start a wish list...
