I was going to suggest that in a few months time, it's quite conceivable that WordPress 3.0 will be on the doorstep and if everything goes according to plan, WordPress and WordPress MU codebases will have merged leaving one BuddyPress to rule them all :) All speculation of course. But I don't know if I would go as far as saying there's a revolution on the way, but I'm sure we'll see a lot more mini-social-networks around soon (they're popping up already if you look for'em). And your installation and configuration series will help people to get started = great work.
