The issue I was having is giving authors permission to be able to add html links. Being a pop culture blog, we use links in virtually every post we do to link to the news sources we use. Without this plugin, you have to give a post writer Editor status, which allows editing and deleting of all posts, before the person has permission to add a hotlink to a post. With this plugin, I was able to create an author level that would allow a poster to write a complete post, with links, and then submit for approval without actually posting. That way I could add new posters to the staff who could post all that they needed to post without risking the security of other bloggers. I use this plugin and it’s been very helpful.
